Pintail Site Preparation, LLC . was founded in February 2020 by Kevin Jackson Jr., Ellis Skinner, Ashley Skinner, & Zachary Sforzo. Pintail Site Preparation, LLC is an organization that specializes in design, planning, project management, site preparation, and construction.
Kev Jackson Jr. cut his teeth as respected leader in the hazardous waste removal industry, with over 15 years of experience in the field and management experience. He holds a BBA concentrated in Marketing from Valdosta State University and began his career with 15 years in industrial cleaning before founding Pintail with Ellis Skinner.
Known for his hands-on approach and exemplary leadership, Kev believes in leading by example to ensure maximum safety and productivity on every worksite. His vision for Pintail is to establish it as the most reliable and efficient site work company in the low country. Enabling his employees to succeed and be the best of their ability.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Kev is an avid supporter of Georgia football and enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hunting and fishing. However, his greatest joy comes from spending quality time with his family. Kev is actively involved in various philanthropic organizations, including the Habersham YMCA, AMBUCS, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Bethesda, Santa Chase, and Ducks Unlimited.
With his extensive experience, commitment to safety, and community involvement, Richard Kevin Jackson Jr. is a remarkable Owner & CEO driving growth and excellence not just in the Heavy Construction and Site Work Industry but also the Low Country.
Ellis’s specialties lies in Project Management and operations with 20+ heavy machinery experience, custom multi-family, asphalt & concrete paving, and custom commercial, site preparation, & industrial projects.
Ashley has over 20 years of industry experience. He specializes in project management.
Zach’s Specialties are supervision & project management.
